The Service is primarily a B2B tool intended for music industry professionals — artists, managers, and labels. It is not a general consumer product.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
If you are connecting your Spotify account as a fan through one of our landing pages, you agree that we may collect and process the Spotify data you authorize as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Service uses the Spotify Web API under Spotify's Developer Terms of Service. By connecting your Spotify account, you also agree to Spotify's End User License Agreement and Spotify's Privacy Policy.
We use Spotify data solely to provide the attribution and pre-save features described in this Service. We do not sublicense, sell, or redistribute Spotify user data. We comply with all restrictions imposed by Spotify's Developer Terms.

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Discover are owned by MEXA LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of your own content (artist releases, campaign data, creative assets) submitted through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and process it solely to provide the Service.
When fans connect their Spotify accounts through your landing pages, you are responsible for ensuring that your campaign clearly communicates that their data will be collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You may not use fan data collected through the Service for purposes other than those disclosed.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Spotify, Meta, TikTok, and Bunny CDN. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable. Streaming platform APIs (including Spotify) may change or become unavailable, which may affect the functionality of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MEXA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MEXA LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes.
